Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note:

Customized, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Minor variations in color or design are natural characteristics of handcrafted silver jewelry and are not considered defects.
